This page im going to find hard to deal with and what to say because how can you put it into words the suffering and damage the last 20 years to my life fighting for justice for my accident at work.As from now i have just learned from my doctor i could loose my right foot this is related to the police case and not my original accident,i was referred to the chesterfield royal hospital in the summer of 2007 by my doctor to see a vascular surgeon due to my foot was going red with blood and indication of infection i had some tests done to check for blood flow, any signs of abnormal veins any disease to my arteries the test showed i had good blood flow to my foot from my groin and a strong pulse in my foot the vascular surgeon informed that there was probably damage to veins in my foot and was probably to deep to try and operate to repair any damage so they recommended to wear pressure stockings to see it would help but they didn't as around january-february 2008 of last year my foot started to swell due to the pressure stockings.So my doctor referred me to see another vascular professor specialist at the norhern general hospital for a second opinion.
They decided to do the same tests again that i had done at the chesterfield royal hospital and the results were the same i also saw a skin specialist he then referred me back to the vascular professor surgeon and it was decided to do further tests by having a m.i.r scan which i had in july this year. In a letter from the northern general hospital the results of the m.i.r scan showed to evidence of venous obstruction or compression and my remaining arteries showed no disease .I decided to look up fore front injuries and medical problems on the internet to try and find out the cause and i discovered under foot injuries that excessive prolonged pressure on the 1st,2nd,3rd metatarsel bones that connect to your toes in your foot can cause quiet serious internal damage due to the fact your carry as much body weight on one leg as you would do on both legs and that you can add at least another 50% of your body weight to give some indication of the amount of pressure onto the front of the foot.In my opinion this could be the cause of the damage to my foot so now im trying to get further opinion diagnosis through the hospitals with the help of my gp and hopefully this will provide enought evidence to start the basis of my case for a physical injury claim.
This has all been caused by the actions of the police,cps unlawfully taking away my driving licence from me from me which had a very serious affect on my mobility and quality of life all because some jumped up corrupt police officers wanted to make a case against me without total disregard to the impact and damage it would cause to the life of a disabled driver It has cost me a heavy price to my life in the terms of suffering, physically damage, and emotionally in effect they have caused me.
