The first case was a industrial accident at work i had on January 17th january 1990 which was very serious and resulted in the loss of my left leg i then took action against my former employer gary hather plant hire rotherham south yorkshire to claim compensation for my accident. I then i had to take legal action against my former legal advisors for professional negligence. i started the proceedings in 2002 firstly applying for legal aid funding. and eventually take the case to court.

MY INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT IS ALSO RELATED TO HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES IN THE WORK PLACE.

The Second case is about police corruption malicious prosecution by south yorkshire police and cps in march 1999.This case has been unresolved to this day due to the fact of incompetent and corrupt barristers,lawyer's and departments trying to obstruct the case from going back into court. this did have a effect on the time limits which was not down to my doing. if other people who visit my web site have also had problems with the police i would like to hear from you,my name is David and you can contact me on the e mail link on all the pages.

I know there is allot of people who have visited my web site so far must of had some serious problems with the legal system and police and probably are searching for help to rectify there case and put a miscarriage of justice right so please come forward and do the right thing for yourself and others if you are genuinely seeking justice for a wrong doing that has been done to you by the above mentioned.If your not prepared to stand up for yourselves then i'm afraid you stand very little chance in ever getting justice for yourselves.This web site has the potential to be a great success for everyone including myself with public support and involvement without that then my web site will fail the purpose i have set it up for and would be a very sad thing to happen .If the british public can react in outrage and disgust at the politicians expense claim scandal why cant you do the same with the british legal system ? its no different to the claims scandal that was on the national news as at the end of the day it all stems from the same thing in this country greed and corruption i also feel ashamed to be british and this country. I think its a disgrace that the media or tv programs don't do anything anymore to help victims of a miscarriage of justice like they used to years ago when they are in a position to do so. There was a story about my industrial accident case in the sheffield star newspaper which was done by a free lance journalist based in london and also in my local paper the derbyshire times in the late summer of 2006 they hadn't got there facts right so the story was based on false evidence.

THEY SHOULD RENAME THE ROYAL COURTS OF JUSTICE IN LONDON TO THE FOLLOWING

THE ROYAL COURTS OF CORRUPTION AS THERE IS NO CHANCE OR HOPE YOU WILL EVER GET JUSTICE!!!!!
