I then decide to take the matter further and instructed a new lawyer at a firm of solicitors in darnel sheffield south yorkshire around april-may 2003 on presenting the new fresh evidence then stated to me he couldn't quiet believe what the police had done so then re-applied for legal aid funding to obtain a barristers advice he was based at the same chambers as my other acting barrister who was representing me on the professional negligence claim.

The barristers advice as you can see was rather pathetic as it insults a normal persons intelligence and was finding any excuse for not taking the case further so as you can guess correct again legal aid funding was stopped again. I was in total despair by this time as i tried to get this miscarriage of justice case back into court or resolved in one way or another In march 2005 i wrote to the magistrates court manager in sheffield for advice and assistance and they recommended i put a application to the court of appeal in london to try obtain a new appeal out of time due to the fact i managed to obtain new fresh new evidence from february 2001-november 2002 approximate dates to demonstrate the conviction and sentence by the police and c.p.s was unsafe and was unlawfully back in march 1999 and to the fact there was no case to answer to in the first place.And you have guessed correct again it was refused around the summer of 2005.

Late on in the year i presented this case to my new instructing lawyer on the professional negligence claim and i said to him i didn't deserve what they had done and he was in full agreement.His letter of response to the case was like the rest of the rubbish i had to put up with since i first started to investigate the case further in december 2001 the only constructive advice he gave was the same as the barristers back in june-july 2003 is that i needed to get the conviction overturned before i could sue the police and c.p.s for compensation and i though to myself what the hell do you think iv' e been trying to do since january 2001 and he went on further to say he was not prepared to do anything about it not take the case on. I then wrote to the crown court regarding this case and also spoke to the crown court manager who informed me it was extremely serious what the police had done,i then wrote to my acting solicitor on my professional negligence claim to try once more to get something done about it and his response was that there was no funding for such a case and he wasn't prepared to do anything about it for the second time.My Quality of life has been very poor and not changed since i started my own investigation to this case and when the police came to visit me in 2001 i also cannot afford to purchase and run a car and its very costly in taxi fares and all this distress,affecting my health and financial burden all on top of dealing with my professional negligence claim And just for the record i had 65% no claims on my car insurance back in 1999 but that is all lost now and insurance for me to start from the beginning again would be very costly and adding to that i have not been driving for nearly 10 years now.It just goes to show you that police are just as corrupt as judges,barrister and lawyers,because at the end of the day they are all as bad as each other,also there was also more potentially civil action claims against 't other departments and lawyer's for negligence and obstructing justice.

CONCLUSION

1. There is no case to answer to in the first place.

2. It was a malicious prosecution. .

3. It was a wrongfull arrest and charge.

4. The police official custody record is not filled in or signed by anyone just false entries in the back the original court bail sheet and the custody record bail sheet don't exist either.

6. It also establishes that the police have altered the time on the computer generated bail sheets as there is no evidence on there part to establish that i was in the police station at the time they claimed i was. .

7. Its also a criminal offence to falsify evidence.

8. It is quiet clear is that the police have committed serious fraud to try and make a case against me.

9. The police are also guilty of professional misconduct in a public office.

10 I should of been entitled to a new appeal based on new fresh evidence.

What words can anyone find to describe about this case and as you can see every time i attempted to get this case back into court i had the door slammed shut in my face and everyone who has been connected to this case since november 1998 and since january 2001 are guilty of obstructing justice on this case .The only final word can be is this case stinks rotten. .

I decided to contacted the i.p.c.c again formally known as the p.c.a police complaints authority and submitted a new application based on new evidence to demonstrate that this case was never fully investigated by them in 2001 for professional misconduct and fraud in a public office because the police obstructed the p.c.a from doing a full investigation by not recording i.e. registering my complaint as a genuine and legitimate one that should of been investigated but wasn't when i have heard from them i will update it on this page. I now have had a reply from south yorkshire police and it doesn't surprise me one bit these arrogant parasites stated i had not produced any new evidence and only formally recorded my letter of complaint so for a second time they are obstructing the i.p.c.c from doing a full investigation for professional misconduct and fraud in a public office I have added this letter for you all to read on the police case documents page i was informed by the i.p.c.c. i can appeal against the decision not to record my complaint as official so there could be a investigation setting out my case based on new evidence with the i.p.c.c i will update more information as things progress. I now have had a response from the i.p.c.c. and it doesn't surprise me one bit they are refusing to do anything about it saying even though the bail sheets show discrepancies in the signatures and the fact the police original custody record is unsigned cant be categorized as significant new evidence

During a telephone conversation with a michael barratt from the i.p.c.c on the 20/07/09 he was making that many excuses why they wont do anything about it and he went on to admit that i had obtained enough new evidence in 2002 to take my case back to court as i had the legal right to a new appeal based on this new evidence so he was contradicting himself allot during the telephone conversation the bottom line over this case the police don't want this to come out into the open what they have done on the news and papers,i have spoken to people about this and have show them the actual evidence exactly the same that i have published on this case in pdf format on my web site i asked them there opinion if this case became public knowledge on the national news and papers and there reply to me was there would be public outrage and it was frightening to know what the police were doing to people and getting away with and how it was destroying and damaging peoples lives.Like i have said before civil cases are just as corrupt and the whole judicial system is rotten to the with corruption .

The i.p.c.c did inform earlier this year when i contacted them they do have the powers and is one of there duties to investigate professional misconduct in a public office by the police as well as other series matters that involve the police like deaths in custody and physical assault on the public etc .So you now can see we don't have a chance if we have to turn to the i.p.c.c.for help with complaints against the police as they are just as corrupt as lawyer's and we the british public are powerless to do anything against our corrupt legal system The reply letter from the i.p.c.c. is on the police case documents page for you to read. Also my opinion is the the british police force are just a big bunch of arrogant wankers who just hide behind there uniform and they think it gives them the right in doing what they do to innocent victims due to police corruption,its all about the numbers game keep the courts busy no matter what the consequences are to the victims,they are just as bad as the british legal system judges,barristers and lawyers a criminal organization based on my own opinion.
