We now come to the trial judges judgment and appeal judges which is now looking very good to say in the least and so the result now has to be there judgments so the only conclusion can be based on evidence of fact it has to be a MIS- TRIAL

MY CONCLUSION TO THE CASE

The only one that comes to mind in my opinion if this is the brains and mentality of the judges,barristers and lawyer's that work in the legal system then there is little hope for us all and if this is what good honest hard working people of this country have to put up with by the legal profession it doesn't give us much confidence in the legal system and for the future for us all and our children and grand children looks very bleak.

People don't go to work every day to get seriously injured and end up basically with nothing in compensation and the fact it doesn't give us much faith in judges,barristers etc for example take the one's that have been involved with my case since january 1990, all of them had been very incompetent and did very little work on my case and the plain simple fact is they cant even sort out a simple straight forward open and shut case, the other thing is the fact lawyer's cant face up to there own responsibility for there negligent actions then they shouldn't be in a position of privilege as a lawyer. I also think there should be a investigation or into the performance of all who work in the legal profession including the trial and appeal judges who have been involved with my case as there has been £136,000 of public money paid out on my professional negligence case since i started the action approximately around the summer of 2000 and a unknown amount of public money since january 1990 on the original action against my former employer gary hather plant hire and one of the reason been is that i still have not got justice yet,and also my basic human rights have just been abused on this present action as i did not get a fair trial .

There is also a substantially amount of compensation owing to me the amount is unknown to this day as there has been no proper assessments done on my claim and also i would be entitled to make a separate claim with interest for professional negligence against the defendants in the present action which i would have to be back dated to january 17th 1990 as i can establish the i had been wrongly advised on my claim from that date,and considerable damage to my life physically,emotionally and due to the fact they have ruined my life etc . This Additional Compensation to the claim i found out was by contacting the solicitors insurance fund back in 1998 who gave me this information and what the break down of what it consisted of and that there was no fixed amount that you could claim for as they stated to me you cant put a price on a person suffering and how long it takes to get the case resolved and also how serious the negligent action were by the lawyer's who were originally acting for you on your original personal injury case etc.

I also think its a absolute disgrace that professional people,lawyer's judges etc to allow them selves to shift all the blame on to the victim as a scrape goat to cover up for there actions and the fact they cant do there job properly,and now we have corrupt high court and appeal judges who should be setting a example to others in the legal profession,the ones that have been involved in my case should be all disbar from the legal profession in disgrace and made a EXAMPLE OF.

Now you can see from both sides of the coin that its not only the criminal side of our judicial system is corrupt now you have had the chance to read all about the two cases i have presented to you in detail supported by documented evidence of my civil action case against the defendants for professional negligence are just as much affected.The legal services commission are also guilty of obstructing justice as they decided to do a benefits check just before the trial was due to start and then stopped funding just before the appeal saying i wasn't entitled to funding no more and they had made a mistake saying i shouldn't of got the funding in the first place after i paid a contribution to my case for over 6 years which i think raises suspicions after all that length of time as its quiet clear everyone connected to my case was trying there up most to see that i did no succeed in winning my case against the defendants in the professional negligence case.The legal services commission should not be allowed to do this once a award for legal funding has been granted for your case,when you take a close look at this case and analyze all the evidence it can only demonstrate one thing and proves that lawyer's had not done a great deal on this case they are just bone idle,dam lazy and stupid.

If there is a lawyer that has got the guts and back bone to stand up and back this case and has no conflict of interest with the defendants or judges in this case and gets to hear about my case and reads my web site and believes in justice and that a person has the right to a fair trial will take my case on a now win fee basis and get my case reopened by the courts and a new trial ordered by a judge and then the correct judgment can be entered into court by a new trial judge to see that justice is done.This will help at least in some way in putting things right and will demonstrate to the british public to have some faith in our legal system and the legal profession .It wouldn't surprise me one bit queens council in the professional negligence case is quiet capable of paying off the trial judge to get himself out of the trouble i admit that i cant prove this ever happened or took place but it doesn't surprise me one bit as they are all in each others pockets and considering how arrogant and corrupt these people are this is based on my own experience and opinion being his client as he was fully aware of the damage to his career and reputation was in once it was published in the national papers he was found negligent in handling my case then there would be very few future clients would then know he could not be a man you could trusted in handling there cases.
